Avoid this hotel Front desk folks did not smile and were not friendly. Common areas were excessively dirty and unkept. The room was decent but will definitely avoid this hotel chain in the future.

Cautiously consider 2.0 stars Yellow stained shower curtain, huge spots, bites from bedding, when room was cleaned: no replacement of shampoo, soap, or Kleenex. Large dogs throughout UNLEASHED. Smoking right outside every door, not 25 feet away. Smoke filled elevators - awful. Laundry room: good. Coffee, small pkgd muffins, granola bars: that's it for breakfast. Shower/tub needs a good scrubbing. Great location: business, shopping, schools, colleges, churches, etc.
was there for 6 nites and when asked for clean towels, was told no room service for clean linnen for or until weekly room service. The breakfast was not equal to other motels, no coffee in rooms and once a week cleaning service. VERY LOW OVERHEAD OPERATION.

This experience was really disappointing The whole corridor smelled like cigarettes The bathroom sink was plugged The bed was very uncomfortable
Worn ,dirty, poor, lacking linen and pillows Extra pillows and towels unavailable. No coffee in am, uncomfortable bed
Very dirty hotel Unfortunately I had a bad experience. When I went to my room the place was a mess. The room was not serviced from the previous guest. The bed was not made and there was garbage everywhere. I opened the door and didn't even walk in. Looked like someone was still staying there. They issued me another room.

disappointing I was ask to paid $10.00 more then my booking price, for my room to be cleaned everyday. I was there for (40 nights. Also I had to go to the front desk everyday for clean towels. Also they do not put face or hand towels in the rooms. The staff was not very sympathetic. I do a lot of traveling and will not stay in another extended stay American hotel if they are like this one.
