We were first assigned accommodations that were roomy and you could move around comfortably. After half an hour of trying to get the tv to work, the office was called and we were told we would have to move because the tv was supposed to be fixed and that had not happened. We were told “no worries” we would be moved to a DELUXE King sized room. So we loaded up everything and moved to another floor. Place to sleep, thats about it The TV did not work, there was NO hot water even after letting it run for 20 minutes. The grab and go breakfast is a joke.

Extended Stay America Southcenter We did not have hot water in the shower, the outlets did not work in half the room. Overall the hotel was very dated and dirty.
