Mosquitoes in room

It was a bad experience, I found roaches in my room, and I’m asking for a refound because I had to leave the property!!

The room smelled like a huge ashtray ,the toilet seat was dirty as if it had just been used and not cleaned ,the bath towels where folded but looked as if they had been washed with no detergent, I called the front desk girl and she offered to change my room but did not have a better quality room available at the time . She was extremely helpful and apologetic about how uncomfortable it was ….unfortunately she said I could not get a refund so I left and got a room elsewhere.

Dirty refrigerator. Stain on bed sheet. Old furniture. Room smelled like cigarette smoke.
