Dirty, piles of boxes and crap visible behind check-in desk, unprofessional staff (often not there at front desk), disappointing array at breakfast, dirty room (dirty bathroom counters, chunks of something stuck on walls, tv smeared with some sort of ???

The room was dirty. I’ll be disputing charge on my credit card. Pubic hair in and around bed. I’m usually very lenient for hotels but this was just gross. We asked them to clean but she said all cleaning staff was gone. So we asked for cleaning supplies to clean it ourselves.

Moldy smelling room? No thank you. Well I didn't expect much for what I paid but what I did expect was to have a clean room. I'll put it this way. I opened the door to an extremely musky moldy smell. It was awful. While I walk over to the bathroom I noticed my feet started to stick to the kitchen floor area. So while I contemplated whether or not I was going to stay there, some flies decided to join me in my contemplation. It was at that moment that I realized, it wasn't even worth my time to checkout. Will not choose this property again. Coffee grains were spread in the floor and everywhere to absorb a smell and they forgot to vacuum it up. Room smelled like smoke. Was not offered a replacement room. Had to buy some air freshener to improve things during my stay.

This hotel should be condemned. My family and I stayed here during our military move from Hawaii to Texas via the port of Tacoma. We chose this hotel because it is close to Seatac and because it is “pet friendly.” There is a $20 per pet per night fee which I was not aware of when we picked the hotel—This added a huge cost to our stay. We had 2 rooms. The rooms smell foul, like a combination of sewage, mildew, wet animals, and marijuana smoke mixed with the overwhelming odor of fragranced cleaning supplies. This hotel was unsanitary and I would never recommend to anyone to stay here. Our room smelled like a Combination of sewage, cat litter box, wet dog, and marijuana smoke. It was so overwhelming that we asked for a new room and the hotel was “overbooked”. No new room was available. The toilet did not flush (and has a bowel movement in it) which we discovered at checkin at midnight. No one came to fix it. We told the front desk and they were unconcerned.
