This hotel should be condemned. My family and I stayed here during our military move from Hawaii to Texas via the port of Tacoma. We chose this hotel because it is close to Seatac and because it is “pet friendly.” There is a $20 per pet per night fee which I was not aware of when we picked the hotel—This added a huge cost to our stay. We had 2 rooms. The rooms smell foul, like a combination of sewage, mildew, wet animals, and marijuana smoke mixed with the overwhelming odor of fragranced cleaning supplies. This hotel was unsanitary and I would never recommend to anyone to stay here. Our room smelled like a Combination of sewage, cat litter box, wet dog, and marijuana smoke. It was so overwhelming that we asked for a new room and the hotel was “overbooked”. No new room was available. The toilet did not flush (and has a bowel movement in it) which we discovered at checkin at midnight. No one came to fix it. We told the front desk and they were unconcerned. Booking insurance comes in handy They overbooked our stay. They didn't have our room available. We had to settle for an accessible non-smoking room that smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. They say we'll get a refund. I guess we'll see.

Broken In the room we stayed in, the bathroom door was broken and would close all the way, you could tell someone had kicked it in and no one bothered to fix it. Of the 5 lights in the room, only 1 worked at any given time and never the same one. The bathroom light came on 5 minutes after you turned it on. The inside stairwell smelled so bad that even my dog would not go into it, cowering and whining instead of going into it.

Location of the Hotel was in a Bad area, and it looks dangerous area for my kids.
