I don't like , time i schedu a room , not correctly, time i get there ,office no people, and i call no one answer the phone

NEVER AGAIN We have always stayed there on our trips to the Seattle area. We couldn't get up there for the last 2 years but when we got there this time, the reservation I made was not honored, The room we were in was dark and dingy and seemed like a last resort, push come to shove kind of room. Garbage was piling up everywhere and starting to stink before it got taken care of. The staff was friendly though but that isn't enough to make us change our minds about ever staying there again.

I was very disappointed, the room was stinky, really bad. The carpet looked very dirty and area that had linoleum was very sticky.

The shower was gross, either rust or mildew. The breakfast was only coffee with a few small wrapped oat bars and muffins. There is no ice machine

Check in Service was terrible. It was midnight when we checked in, and we had to wait approximately 37 minutes for a clerk to show up to check us in. When we complained about the wait, he got very defensive and told us we should be more patient with people who are working. When we asked him for his name, he refused to give it to us.
