El lugar estaba bien, pero tuvimos que esperar 2 horas porque no había cuarto disponible.

Dirty, piles of boxes and crap visible behind check-in desk, unprofessional staff (often not there at front desk), disappointing array at breakfast, dirty room (dirty bathroom counters, chunks of something stuck on walls, tv smeared with some sort of ???

The room was dirty. I’ll be disputing charge on my credit card. Pubic hair in and around bed. I’m usually very lenient for hotels but this was just gross. We asked them to clean but she said all cleaning staff was gone. So we asked for cleaning supplies to clean it ourselves.

hotel looks run down, very poor breakfast, ran out of coffee and didi not have any more to make it??????

Moldy smelling room? No thank you. Well I didn't expect much for what I paid but what I did expect was to have a clean room. I'll put it this way. I opened the door to an extremely musky moldy smell. It was awful. While I walk over to the bathroom I noticed my feet started to stick to the kitchen floor area. Will not choose this property again. Coffee grains were spread in the floor and everywhere to absorb a smell and they forgot to vacuum it up. Room smelled like smoke. Was not offered a replacement room. Had to buy some air freshener to improve things during my stay.
