Nasty and unsafe We ended up leaving. Place was gross and smelt like smoke. Bed sheets and bathroom were dirty. The location seemed unsafe and un sanitary. Did not last more then 10 mins in the room!

Long wait for check in. Short staffed. Older property. Car detailing and vehicle repair happening in the parking lot. Lower end property. I wouldn’t stay there again.

How not to treat a loyal customer. I had a reservation at the extended stay America suite I made a day or two in advance. Upon my arrival at about 5 PM yesterday I was told by the clerk that I did not have a room because hotel.com had overbooked. She claimed that she tried to contact me but had no phone number for me. This is not true because on every booking with hotel.com my phone number is included. Had to switch rooms 4 times due to roaches, non working tv and non working stove top. Have to ask the lobby attendant for pots and silverware. Dirty carpet, toilet and stink bugs. Also loud shower head. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.
