I did not know they didn’t do housekeeping. Bed not made. Had to go ask for towels. Had to empty the trash ourselves. The person at the front desk was often absent because she was also responsible for doing laundry. The cement hallway was splotchy and half painted at best. It looked like they had ripped up old carpeting. The only amenities were some packaged muffins and coffee in the main lobby. I will never stay at an Extended Stay America again.

ROOM WAS NOT PROPERLY CLEANED. POOR FOOD CHOICES FOR BREAKFAST.

for get it . you wont go outside and look at the paint,sidewalk,and complete overhaul of desk personnel.

Arrived 40 minutes after normal check in and room was not ready. Waited 15 minutes for the room to be cleaned only to find our room’s toilet was broken, hair in the bathroom, garbage in cupboards from previous renter, and debris in the dresser drawers. Staff prepared a new room but had to wait 20 more minutes for them to clean. Ended up getting charged extra $45 for the room after we left as it was an upgraded room, but that was never mentioned when they moved us. Sheets were dirty with make up or brown stuff also had big cigarette burns.

Nice checkin experience, but it went downhill from there. Floor in room was dirty, mold in the shower corners, bathroom sink was nearly plugged, curtains in disrepair, fluorescent light in kitchen barely worked. . No in room coffee without upgrade, not even a plastic cup in the room. I travel for business about 40 nights per year and this was definitely the worst room all year.

The staff was very nice but the room smelled of weed eventhough it was a non smoking room. The ac went in and out. The room was not clean

Wow! What a shock! Our room smelled like an ash tray even though it was non smoking. The fan in the bathroom was extremely loud with no option to turn it off. There was also no cold water. The water was so hot that we couldn’t let our son take a shower for risk of scalding. The room was dirty, mold in the bathroom and water damage on the ceiling in the main quarters.
