The carpet had a huge stain the bulb was burnt out in the lamp that was controlled by the entry since I arrived after dark it was pitch black in the room had to feel my way to find a light. The staff moved me to a better room

I called the front desk notified I will be late to check in. I arrived at 3:30am and no one at the front desk. I called the hotel front office and they cannot locate a desk clerk. I had to wait for more than an hour before someone arrived.

Terrible It’s terrible, I forgot 2 pairs of my earring, I know exactly where I put it , I called about 1 hours after checking out but they said they didn’t find anything , the bathroom is not clean.

Doors were locked. The staff was unfriendly. The halls had spiders all over and the rooms. Our room had beard hairs in the sheets.

Older Place, not clean. When we first arrived, the lobby smelled like smoke. The Front Desk gentleman was very polite and helpful. We arrived early, and he let us check in earlier than normal. We got into our room, everything is very outdated. Spider webs in the doorways. Floor was sticky. Referidgerator had someone else ice cubes half gone in it. When we arrived later that night. We found ants in the bed and bedding looked like it has not been washed. I would not recommend this place at all.

I did not know they didn’t do housekeeping. Bed not made. Had to go ask for towels. Had to empty the trash ourselves. The person at the front desk was often absent because she was also responsible for doing laundry. The cement hallway was splotchy and half painted at best. It looked like they had ripped up old carpeting. The only amenities were some packaged muffins and coffee in the main lobby. I will never stay at an Extended Stay America again.

ROOM WAS NOT PROPERLY CLEANED. POOR FOOD CHOICES FOR BREAKFAST.

for get it . you wont go outside and look at the paint,sidewalk,and complete overhaul of desk personnel.
