Smelly Room smelled like pee

I did not get to stay at this property, they sent me to the Kent Washington sister property. I was not sent an email or a phone call to tell me they overbooked.My daughter and I flew from California arrived after 8pm only to be told they over booked and they sent me to the Kent Washington location. The only reason I made the reservation there was my son in law is staying there while working in Seattle, We flew up to see him. my daughter stayed there with her husband ,I was in Kent we had to use lift for her to get to my hote... read more

Went in to check in and the counter was not attended....waited more than 20 mins

May skip next time. The location was good where near the sea-tac airport. Also close to the Westfield mall that easy to get some food and shopping. However, the room was awful and smelled. The ground carpet is in really bad condition and some burned marks. The lights also didn’t functioning well.

They don’t seem to check their rooms before letting people check in. The first room I had. The toilet flushed. But wouldn’t refill. So I tried to turn the valve. It was broken. I go downstairs and they put me in another room. Due to no maintenance on duty. Understandable. I get the key to the new room and it doesn’t work. I get in the new room took a shower and the tub wouldn’t drain. Went down and they wanted to give me another room. I gave up and checked out

Mold in bathroom no clean towels unless requested and then had to go get them
