I would have to say everything was fine with the room except the fan was making a loud obnoxious noise every time the light was turned on and the room having no windows and being stuffy. Upon checking out I asked for a late check out which I was granted 12pm.. I get a call around 11:30 from a agent at the front desk asking if we need help with our check out. the room fee charged twice and never get refund I paid room fee when I booked for my boss to business trip, but this hotel charged again to his card when he stay there. I asked to refund but they ignore me.

Smelly Room smelled like pee
