Normally, extended America is very nice and comfort even the location of room provide the feeling of safe in other location. However, last night I lived in room 313 at this location; There is no hair dryer inside the restroom. The trash cant under the sink was full of trashy that was left from the previous rent. The cabinets and sink were dirty. There were full of trash in the trash cant located by the hallway. Then in the middle of the night, I heard some people talking in front of my room. I made a reservation for a king Studio Suite with a queen size sofa bed they Hotel decided to take me out of my booking because I guess they needed more money for the room for the weekend I don't know but they took me and my family and put me in a queen room and I had to sleep in a recliner all weekend long my daughter's 5th birthday was ruined

I would have to say everything was fine with the room except the fan was making a loud obnoxious noise every time the light was turned on and the room having no windows and being stuffy. Upon checking out I asked for a late check out which I was granted 12pm.. I get a call around 11:30 from a agent at the front desk asking if we need help with our check out. the room fee charged twice and never get refund I paid room fee when I booked for my boss to business trip, but this hotel charged again to his card when he stay there. I asked to refund but they ignore me.
