It was dirty, noisy (the fan sounded like it was going to come apart), and the door was barely able to close. I would not recommend this leave to anyone and there's no way this place should cost half the amount it does. I checked out a day after arriving (for a 6 day business trip) and they refuse to refund any of the money back. I asked Orbitz to get involved and they tried to encourage this place top do the right thing and they refused. STAY AWAY!

We went to check in and there was a sign at the desk saying they were away doing laundry and would be back shortly - to use the phone on the wall to call. We called, but no one answered. We finally left.

Not a very clean and nice place to stay. I think there was a shooting or something in or by one of the rooms close to me one night. !!!????

Unhelpful staff We had to check out early. The staff unappologetically offered zero help in getting a refund for unused nights even though their policy says you would only loose your stay plus an extra night. We were referred to talk to their corporate office which bounced us from person to person then just left us in the cold...... burned on a week of hotel charges. Taken with the less than special rooms and lobby I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Dirty room and hotel Had to request clean sheets , bedding dirty , shower curtain terrible state,hotel shared space , floors , walls dirty , no need for dirty facilities , smokers everywhere .

The worst motel stay ever they gave us a room below what i payed for payed for two rooms with queen beds and sofa bed and ended up with a room with a twin bed w/ no sofa bed, and they were unwilling to change our room or reimburse. The room had garbage in the sofa bed and stayed two nights no maid service( bed never made, no towels or daily cleaning).

Worst room ever The room was dirty and reeked of cigarette smoke. There were signs all over saying no smoking but I saw two guys at different times smoking with their rooms doors open. We were there only three hours and our clothes just stunk. My pillowcases had to come off as couldn’t take the smell. The bed was messy too. We left the location and drove till we found another hotel.
