we walked out!! this was the most disgusting room. gross!!! the over whelming smell of marijuana from a room just cleaned by the staff! Light switch didn't work smoke alarm was beeping.... DO NOT STAY HERE!!! EVER, LEAVE STAY IN YOUR CAR...OR UNDER A BRIDGE...SO GROSS
Hotel staff is not helpful at all. You can hear people talking from the other room.
Central location Room was nice, other areas, walk ways dirty. "Breakfast" bar more of a grab a snack in plastic wrap and go. Coffee was good, people were nice.
This place was a miserable dump. Far and away, the most disgusting motel I've ever stayed in. My "non-smoking" room reeked of 20 years of encrusted cigarette smoke. The floors were horrendously disgusting. The bottoms of my socks were a deep brown after spending just a few hours in the hotel. There were no utensils, bowls, or dishes in the room (in a long-term-stay hotel?). There was no dish soap or dishrag in the kitchen. Spent 14 days traveling, 10 hotels, disappointed that our last night was the worst hotel, no hairdryer, no wake up call, no airport shuttle even though we were told they had one when we booked
The staff wasn't helpful and it took awhile to get my room ready. The room was loud and the heater smelled when I turned it on.
Overnight stay I was surprised when told I had to give them my credit card number. I called the day I reserved and said I only had to show my confirmation receipt and no credit card needed. I had my confirmation of payment I was told in case there was any damage to the room. I wasn't given a copy of the paper I signed No one inspected the room when I checked out.
