VERY WORN OUT AND DIRTY ROOMS. LOTS OF LOUD SHOUTING OUTSIDE

Even the non smoking room it’s smell like smoke. It’s just don’t look clean.

Never again at this hotel Horrible, dark area. Non smoking room smelled like smoke. I stayed one night and checked out the following morning and went to a different hotel.

Rude lady at front desk - no rooms available so why did I have a reservation number
Twin beds requested, gave us a queen room with one bed. Staff was rude upon arrival, no early check in. Breakfast was minimal. Noise at all hours of the night. Didn't feel safe or security

at check in they acted like the "picked " our room for us, and couldn't recommend a restaurant but 4 hours later they called to ask if we had their carpet shampooer in our room. there were crumbs in the cupboards, there was brown stains on the bedspread , and the mattress protector was scratchy and something I was allergic to and my legs were on fire all night. And the floor was sticky, and there was no TV channel guide
