Office was close when I showed up to check in. They took almost 45 mins for someone to show up and give me a room. Nobody cleaned the room while I was there and there was no breakfast like it said on the website

The room was dirty, the toilet didn’t flush and the sink didn’t drain and there were booger’s on the shower curtain. So it was disappointing and gross.

Rude staff 'at check-in Room not very clean and smelled of smokers

The hotel is more like a motel. When you walk to the office to check in the ceiling is falling off and you can see the insulation come out. The room was dirty with odd stains on the floor. We asked for a non smoking room but as all soon as you walk in the room the smell of tabaco hits you in the face. The WORST part of the whole thing was that 2 homeless men were at the property and the people at the front desk did nothing.
