The vending machine dropped the water we paid for and it didn’t come out, we asked the lady to open or get us water instead she said the machine is out of water though it was full then she said she can't open it. Asked if we can buy water from them, she said they have no water. Next day morning told front what happened, they said sorry and they got a carton of water from the back and gave us 2 bottles. I was there for 4 nights. There were barking dogs on the 5th floor, on adjacent room. No one showed up to clean the room an all of my stay. The room window was next to an elevated higway, the noise level made it difficult to sleep!

staff was rude and unhelpful, had a long trip someone already verified they could accept our form of id the receptionist is giving us a difficult time and it’s late. wasn’t helpful or assistive in the slightest

Okay stay They stay was okay was disappointed with the breakfast that was given. The location was a little far for me to get to food transportation ect..

The room had a kitchenette but was permeated with the smell of grease. My clothes smell like grease when I left the room. Needs to be deep cleaned
