My room had a strong disgusting odor and the bathroom had rust everywhere. Bed extremely uncomfortable.

Poorly maintained room. Tub was chipping. Room smelled. Breakfast was trash!

Found that this hotel was very run down and dirty. In need of a lot of updating, maintenance, and care. Little to no amenities, and the breakfast is just coffee and muffins/granola bars. Hair in the showers, linens were dingy, hallway smells like dogs and cigarettes. Handicap accessible doors were out of order, doors were heavy and hard to open. Would not stay here again.

This hotel is right up there with the Carousel Hotel when it comes to being dirty. There was trash all through the hallway way as we made our way to our room. Everything was old and outdated in our room. They don’t do a good job with cleaning this place, there was trash in our room behind the little night stand. Our water wasn’t hot and the toilet wouldn’t flush. When we told the night staff about the issues they barely cared to fix the issues. There was a huge red stain on the carpet when we walked in.

The room was not the cleanest but i have seen worse. It wasnt bad enough to raise a fuss over. There was trash piled by the elavators and outside many of the rooms. The tv didnt work, there was a connection issue. On the second day they were able to get a few channels working. Not really anything most people would want to watch. The toilet clogged several times. One of the worst places i've stayed. we got a bottle of water a check in but on day two they said they didn't have any. the breakfast is just snacks and cheap coffee. the rooms are dirty, the tub is gross with no tub plug and no water pressure, the windows are too dirty to see out of, the kitchen is old and not taken care off, there was no free coffee or tea in the room, not even water, no bags for laundry, no laundry soap vending machine, run down and smelly everywhere, the beds were old and hard and there was no extra blan... read more

Was told there was a pool and continental breakfast neither were included. My family and I were assigned to one room which wasn’t the room we were staying it cause confusions for myself and my family. Staff wasn’t very nice in regards to the confusion on their end.
