Get less than you pay for Bathroom floor had mostly been cleaned except for pool of urine on side of toilet (not mine). Place worn.

Iffy The room had a syrupy smell to it. Wasn’t cleanest of rooms I’ve stayed in.

Bad experience Usually I stayed with Extended Stay America and very happy but this location was so bad. The rooms was not clean the AC made a nice like a tractor as well as the vent at the bathroom, they changed the room but the other one was worse. Very old and poor maintenance.

Not clean This staff weren’t bad but the room was not cleaned well.

Yuck The hallways, elevator and room smelled terrible- like onions. Found dirty socks in the bathroom. Yuck!

Horrible customer service I was charged for a room I didn’t book and I’ve been trying to reach someone to help me get my refund but every time i call the phone rings for over 15 minutes without anyone answering. The only lady that answered said I would get a call back with a solution to my problem within 24-48 hours and I still haven’t seen anything. Thiss is truely sad because I actually like extended stay America.

The fire dept came as we were sleeping so we had to evacuate the building for no reason at all.
