The room and a weird smell. The beds are extremely uncomfortable.

Worst hotel experience I have ever had before EVER! There’s no ice machine, all the vending machines are down. There no house keeping unless you stay 5-7 days. The toilet was clogged and the receptionist told me I had to come all the way down from the 5th floor to the front desk for the plunger. There was no customer service satisfaction at all. Nothing at all that weekend went great in that hotel.

The staff was fine, but I kept feeling a draft and didn't realize it until I needed the iron and saw the screen from my window was out and hidden behind the closet curtain.

The hotel is dirty and smelly. The rooms get served once a week so you have to pick a day for the room service.

Their computer was down and we weren’t able to check in till1:45 am

handicapped room for those not handicapped They gave us a handicapped room and the bed sheets and bed under the sheets were so stained they looked like there were multiple “accidents” in the bed that were either due to incontinence or a medical issue involving bodily fluids

SHAME ON THIS HOTEL.. This is the worst hotel we have every stayed at. I found bed bugs in our room. My sister's room has dirty sheets. My kids were moved to another room due to their sheets were also dirty. After being moved to a different room a staff member knocked on their door at 10am and told them they had to stop taking showers because the water was leaking into the room below them. My husband and I know had to share our bathroom with 4 other people to continue getting dress for my mother's funeral! Meanwhile check ou... read more

Do not recommend The hotel was dingy. My shower faucet handle broke and the water was full force. The maintenance person was off until Wed (it was Sun), the tub was filling with water. The front desk person, after giving me difficulty, came up to the room and completely disabled the entire shower.
