The Worst Run... they have roaches. Hallway smelly people hanging out around hotel. When I checked in I was told my room may not be ready or someone may already be in there and was given a key to go check... so unprofessional NEVER AGAIN.. Don’t Waist Your Time!

This was my 4th time staying at this location and this was my first unpleasant experience. At check in they were not able to find my reservation blaming me because it was don’t via a 3rd party company. As we waited 45 minutes or so to check in, the guy at the front desk told my brother that a straggler was let in the building and OD and died in the restroom. my experience was very bad . I got confirmation for room booking but when i reached to property at at late night , i was told that there are no rooms available . i called expedia and that experience was also very bad as they also not provided any assistance . I and my family was in the care for almost 6 hours in a cold night . I would not recommend anyone to use expedia, even I wont use expedia anymore.

Carpeting, drapes & closet curtains are old & dirty, poor lighting in lobby & in room; no hangers, hair dryer, conditioner or lotion or full continental breakfast (no fruit, toast, eggs, bagels, donuts, potatoes). Loud/noisy occupants-could not sleep. Hotel needs updating.
