STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. HAD RESERVATIONS FOR OVER A MONTH. CALLED TO CONFIRM, was told i had 2 rooms. drive 8 hours, get there around 130AM, and was told i could not check in and could not stay there because their system was down.

We booked our room through Expedia, got our confirmation email but arrived and had no reservation. Expedia changed the date on our non refundable reservation so we had to get a room they had available and still had to pay for a 2nd room. The staff was pleasant, the room was decent. It was ok at best. Expedia was terrible and I feel robbed by them. Expedia service was horrible, the worst we have ever used and will never book through them again.

Half way through my stay another guest was given a key to my room and the staff told me that I was supposed to move rooms for this guest. They were very unprofessional about the whole situation, trying to make me responsible for their mistake. The pictures do not look anything like the actual hotel. If possible, avoid this hotel

The front guest staff were not accommodating. No one came to the desk as several guest walked in until I called and spoke with someone. I never got checked in and I do not plan on booking here again. Worst experience ever!

The manager was rude, tacky and condescending which fits the overall substandard conditions of this property. The only thing good about this hotel is location. The elevator was out of service most of my stay. I will never stay at another Extended Stay America again.

Horrible experience I spent over an hour waiting to be checked in, during that time period there was a large group in front of me having issues. I asked 2 questions to the employee, at which point he proceeded to yell at me that he didn’t need my help, step away from the desk (wasn’t near the desk), wait outside and then called the cops when I refused to leave. I would not recommend Extended Stay unless the go thru major upgrades. It could have just been my room, but I doubt it. The front desk person was pleasant and did everything she could.
