The room had not been cleaned and used towles on the floor and bed not made. I switched to a different room but the floor had worn areas with ruts and air conditioning really noisy.

really not a happy customer at all! the people that worked there were nice, but it took 20minutes for the night desk clerk to get me the key to the room. he did not pick up the phone when i called or when hotels.com called! when he did show up he told me he had cancelled our reservation! the facility was not well maintained at all! there were no cups, dishes, silverware or supplies in the kitchen at all! nothing even to boil hot water or make coffee! there were stains on the bath towels. this place was nothing like it was ad... read more

Stank, smelly. Nasty. Rooms were filthy. Bad customer service. Lady at front desk was mean.

One night the music next door was blasting. There were kids running up and down the hall. The phone in the room did not work. The air was not very cold at all. Thank god we had a box fan. Every time we needed something in the kitchen we had to go and get them from the front desk. Very inconvenient.

I didn’t stay and still got charged. What a rip-off. Dry unreasonable. I won’t stay at another one due to their lack of flexibility.
