The staff is really rude, they cant even help with the reservation even after i call to make sure they had rooms available i was lied to

Why even hire maids to clean? This stay was the most miserable experience of my life. It was so loud I couldn’t sleep. Next door people screaming all night. The towels were not clean. Stain on my bed. It smelt. The air didn’t work. Had to crack the window. It was either too hot of water or too cold. And the employees seemed miserable and that made me miserable!! I would like full refund!

Noisy fridge keeps making noise as if someone is knocking on the door. Could not sleep. Also they did not clean the room after first night.

The cleaning ladies stole our clothes and belongings. Beware! And the front desk lady was very rude, black hair

Travelers review There's nothing on this site that says cash is not accepted. The receptionist was totally lost and could not help me. So please if you're going to this Hotel make sure have a credit card available.

Poor condition Broken lamp. Could not get more than One extra pillow. Room desc said sofa but it only had a recliner.

Extremely basic It’s a great place to stay if you are an illegal immigrant who works construction. The front desk requires that you sign out pots/pans/dishes/coffee maker. Printing anything costs $1 a page, and the “breakfast” is some granola bars and instant oatmeal packets on a cart with coffee. Rooms get cleaned once a week, so if you are there less than a week you are out of luck unless you pay $5 - just pick up fresh towels at the front desk.
