The room was small, dingy and dirty. We paid a lot for the room and there was no housekeeping unless we paid more. When we found we were short a washcloth, the desk claimed we were not truthful and that they only give out 2 of towels, etc. per stay. The breakfast buffet was coffee and a prepackaged muffin. A homeless man was helping himself one morning. I would not recommend staying here.

Should be condemned Disgusting. Staff was pleasant. Place should be condemned. Killed 6 bugs. Cabinets broken, toilet was filthy and filled with grime, tv didn’t have one clear channel in focus, refrigerator was broken and loud,dust and stains everywhere, one bar of soap and one sample shampoo, smelled like smoke, whole place shook every time train went by (all night). Should be better Checked in at 10:30pm and was given a dirty room. Room had not been cleaned, had trash in it, and two drawers in the kitchen were broken. The following day we asked for clean towels (we had 2 in the room for a party of 4) and there were no clean towels in the hotel.

Awful place My experience with this hotel was a complete disaster! I put in the notes that I would need a late check in. As I was boarding my flight, heading to Atlanta the front desk called me to verify I was still arriving. I confirmed that I was and I would see them soon. I landed in Atlanta, get into my Uber, and then I get a call from the hotel. When we first walk in the room there was a q-tip on the kitchen counter than we realized bathroom sink was clogged 😞 spok to the lady who is in charge that night she said it will be taking care of it tomorrow and no another room with 2 bed is available for us.... we did check out very next day and went to another hotel. Very disappointed 😔

Awful The staff was awful, our room had empty beer cans under the bed, moldy bathroom the telephone iris still probably dirty and sticky. “Breakfast included” muffins and coffee pot without coffee! At 7am. Overall it was only one night but for sure we’re not coming back!
