Extended stay killed cupid Went to celebrate Valentine's. I was talked into hotels.com rep on to ordering this hotel because of the kitchen. Horrible experience, Valentine's dinner ruined because I had no kitchen equipment. I started asking for the advertised supplies ar 11am I received partial supplies at 11pm after throwing away the lobsters that died during the wait. So not happy.

Doors were broken on hinges, no continental breakfast, broken toilet seat, sheets looked dingy.

The check-in staff was friendly and welcoming. Walking down the hall, there was a stale odor and our room had the same odor. When we opened the couch to make the bed, there was a sock, penny and paper on the mattress. Only three pillows were in our room and we were never offered room service or clean towels during our three night stay. No ironing board or iron was available, even though the holder was on the wall. The bed mattress was poor. The area of town was not extremely safe. There was no fitness center. Breakfast was a muffin and coffee. There was not even orange juice. The cleanliness was adequate and the price was good. I would not stay here again. Very disappointing!

Overwhelmingly unexcited Somewhat small population of crackheads hanging out in the back parking lot. Bed felt like I was sleeping on a bag of uncooked, unmashed potatoes. Can they get a fan to blow the marijuana smell OUT of the lobby, I understand it was raining when we got there but the worlds smallest awning over the front door should not be the first place people spark up the MJ.

Not a comfortabe experience I was very disappointed in the amenities. I didn't have an iron or a hair dryer. Also, I was surprised that the bed wasn't made daily nor were there fresh towels. The shower curtain smelled like mildew. There wasn't a pen or piece of paper in the room, no hand lotion and a very rough and nasty bar of soap. Just the little things could have made my stay more comfortable.
