I was traveling and stopped to get a room. The room was NOT clean. It smelled like a pound of old folks perfume. There was hair in the tub and tags from new clothes on the bed. I’m pretty sure someone used the room but probably didn’t stay. The man at the front desk didn’t even apologize. He said he left a note about the room being under Maintenance and No one should have been put in there. Waste of money.

My second and experience with extendef stay. Terrible. I reported to the front desk that there was a huge wasp nest at the clairmont rd. R /S of hotel entrance. And it was gully loaded with huge wasp. They never took care of iy before i left. The coffee urn was cold, and empty before 8:00 a.m. The television remote had no batteries, and the front desk clerk Couldnt find any.

They have roaches and poor housekeeping, found old food and dirty cups under the bed and I paid for a double queen and got a double full

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! This hotel is absolutely Filthy the reviews should have stated that this hotel is being utilized as Homeless transient housing location, the smoke alarms went off and none of the phones in my room worked! in the hotel and my the room reeked of cigarette smoke this is absolutely an acceptable I would never stay at a Extended Stay ever again
