Lots of construction at 10pm behind our room,no stopper for bath tub and replacement from office would not install and keys did not work on 2nd day of stay. No coffee pot or coffee in room. Could have been better.

Rude We had booked a room on hotel.com and when we arrived at the hotel the clerk had given our room away and was very rude. We talked to her through a phone on the outside of the wall and she said the hotel was booked and there were no rooms then hung up on us. It was terrible. We had no room and had to drive through the night since everyone else was booked by then. I will never recommend this hotel or any other extended stay again. Awful!!

We booked two rooms. They gave us rooms in two different buildings. Then after lots of callingg to orbitz and arguments we got rooms in same building but not king suite. Breakfast was only coffee and cheap granola bar and cheap muffins. No milk or cereal for kids. No utensils in the room. No water bottles.

Rooms are spacious and well equipped. They gave away our ore paid room because they were busy. When we arrived late at night, we were told there were no rooms. After a lot of hassling the front desk clerk - who was exceptionally unprofessional- miraculously found us an available room. Glad that they found one for us, but should never have been an issue.

DO NOT STAY HERE!! The lobby is dirty and the rug and tile floor seems like it hasn’t been cleaned in weeks. The front desk person gave me the wrong room so when I attempted to open the room which was written on my key card paper someone yelled out that the room was already occupied. Which was the last thing I needed after a full day of traveling from LA to aglanta woth multiple canceled and rerouted flights. I’ve never been to a hotel that didn’t have a ice machine . The vending machines are way out of date An the drink machine is over priced . The grab an go breakfast only had coffee not even a choice of water . Or orange juice like most places . The front desk people were so so nice an friendly . The voucher said the room came with dishes but I didn’t even have a plastic fork . I guess you get what you pay for . Cheap cheap for the cheap cheap cheap .

They said they never received a reservation from expedia for me and had to process me as a walk-in. I had to pay $3 more. Very disappointing experience.

They billed me twice for the same room.There was old ice cream in the freezer and the tub was dirty
