No toilet paper or a holder for it. Roaches everywhere. We were locked out of our room twice because they didn’t know we were even there ! Horrible

Very very dirty. Sink clogged. Bathtub drain hardly open. Mold in the containers. Garbage on the floor.

Customer service is hugely lacking these days... I booked and paid online...upon arrival, the first thing said was did I book directly with extended stay hot..which my response was no so I was informed their policy changed the previous Thursday and if not booked directly with hotel, guest would be required to pay $100 deposit because people were smoking in the rooms etc. Well this did not make sense that they are only charging those not booked direct but also that no-one informed the guest prior to arrival which by the way t... read more

Liked that it was close to the battery but disliked the rooms. They were very nasty. First off they gave us the wrong room. We booked a 2 queen bed suite and they gave us 2 full beds. They changed the room for us once we noticed. The first room smelled like smoke and it was suppose to be non-smoking and the 2nd room was dirty. It had toes nail clippings all over the floor and not enough wash clothes for 4 people. We had to ask for hand soap, shower soap, and shampoo. It was quiet but the rug and bed spreads were dirty. They didn't empty the trash from previous tenants. The kitchen stuff wasn't alk there.

Not as rated Property is not as rating shows. Room has odor and has been smoked in recently. Will not use this chain again
