No towels in room, no toilet paper, sheets on bed had stains on them. Room door deadbolt did not work and safety latch was broken.

heat i woke up to a head cold because there was not no heat in my room the temp outside was 48 my husband slpt with his clothes on

Cleanliness was an issue.. No ice machine. No dishes glasses or anything to purchased ice in-had to stop and ask for cups and glasses at desk-no ice trays in freezer-remote didnt work-said they would bring one-they didn't-property dirty around outside-staff generally not helpful or particularly nice-came across as lazy

DIRTY The sheets & towels were dirty!!!!! Make up on towels and blood on sheets. Soap dissolved on sink. Toliet not clean. Hair in kitchen sink.

The area was nice. Lots of restaurants and stores. But the rooms were not up to date. Cabinets and carpet was old and dirty. And we found cockroaches in the room ... gross!!!!!!!
