Room so posed to be a non smoke room but it smell of smoke. They were musty and the floor was sticky to walk on. I can’t believed I pay to stay there. My ‘allergies act up. Very disappointed.

Dirty room, food left over by prior guest, towels and soaps used. Not worth even for one night stay.

Was convenient to where I needed to be. Staff was kind when they were there. No trash can. Dirty on some countertops. TV didn’t work last night I stayed. Top sheet had a stain. AC worked but the screen was broken. But I mean heck If you can get past that then it was a pleasant stay. I didn’t sleep in the bushes. Place has a lot of potential though.

Total Dissatisfaction I waited for over an hour for them to find my confirmation, and then they issued another guest a key to my room and the walked in on me. I tried reaching to the manager afterwards and I have been given a run around ever since!!!

I woke up to the maintenance man banging on my door telling me he had to install brackets in my room, as if I was squatting in the room rather than being a paying customer. I tried to call the front desk but the phone in my room wasn't working. I went to the front desk to exchange towels only to realize there wasn't anyone there; there was a sign saying to utilize the phone on the wall. Bugs in room, rude check in woman , the roaches in the bathroom were gross
