For starters, I booked my room in advance and the facility did not have the room prepared for me so I had to wait an hour to get into my room. Once in the room, I had cleaning supplies still in the room and the room was still dirty with the exception of clean towels. Visible dirt and food left in the sink of the room. I discovered bed bugs in the bed after my wife, daughter and I started to itch and develop mounds on our skin. I booked two rooms...one room has roaches,lights barely work,water faucet doesn’t properly work in bathroom, room phone doesn’t work as well. My second room has sitting water as if the tub is clogged up as my children and I showered. Old room phone that didn’t work and missing almost all of the buttons off of it. Rooms smell like smoke and booked non-smoking rooms.

Don't Book Here! Horrible! My husband and I had a horrific experience here. Don't stay here unless you like mold and dirty sheets. Even the bathtub sported a dirt ring around it. Front desk folks didn't care at all. The only positive is the location. Easy access to I285 and I75. You've been warned! Waste of money!

Sheets were dirty And they have cockroaches when we arrive there was no one at the counter to check us in for about 30-40 minutes And I asked for a new sheet which was never brought to me

It was the worst experience you could ever imagine. I couldn't sleep the whole night because my neighbor decided to fight and no one from the management bothers to tell them anything. They were continuously shouting and banging the walls and despite my continuous complain the staff didn't do anything. I complain to the manager in the morning and she said that all they could do is to ask them and nothing else. Like are you running a hotel or circus? When we arrived and got to our room it was not clean. The trash was full and there were various items left in the room that were not ours. We were left with one towel. I even spoke to the receptionist in the hotel lobby the next morning and she said she would send someone to the room to take care of all our issues.
