Room was filthy. There was old vomit on the sheets and carpet. Roaches!!!! The tub was dirty and clogged. When I went down to the front desk to complain and request a different room and the door was locked and the clerk was no where to be found for over an hour!!!!! I ended up going to Walmart and purchased new sheets and pillow. I checked out at 6:30 am!!!!

Staff was not very friendly. I stayed 4 days and they told me there were not clean towels 2 out of the 4 days. Breakfasts was very poor.

Unhappy experience Hotel was overbooked. We did not get the type of room that we had booked.

Our room smelled like old cigarette smoke, and it was supposed to be non-smoking. The bed only had two pillows.

Didn't feel safe and very annoyed Loud neighbors late at night. Both locks busted on door. When ppl smoke outside my room the smell pours into my room. They need to fix their locks and monitor their loud customers. A security guard would be great.

Never again Poor service. The font desk staff had a total lack of friendliness to them. I needed to do work while there, and was told very unapologetically that there "Probably won't be WiFi available" for my stay. This was after being treated like a hassle just for wanting to check in.

No coffee maker. Exterior door would not close completely. Bathroom door would not stay shut. No shower curtain. Issues addressed with the staff but left unaddressed.

This place is disgusting. The bed linens are dirty. The bathroom... holy cow... unbelievable... so dirty. The tub is disgusting. I won’t be taking a shower here. I’m too scared to step foot in the tub because I’m scared I’ll catch something. If there were somewhere else to stay nearby I’d leave and go there but eveywhere else is booked. I’m contemplating going to sleep in my Jeep. I haven’t seen any bugs but I’m sure they’re here... watching and waiting for me to fall asleep.

Had to wait over 30 minutes to check in. Staff was rude and told customers that they could not handle all of us at the 3 pm check-in time, and that they were out of clean rooms. I booked my room on April 1st, and the concert was July 21st. My room had dirty water in the middle of the room. The shower had not bern cleaned fully. The TV remote was missing.
