went my money back had roches in room

Kinda Tired Very nice staff but poor check-in experience as the rooms weren’t ready. The place is very tired. No standard amenities like a safe for valuables. A “2 out of 5”

No shower curtain. Corners were filthy, trash left from prior tenant, outer toilet and wall near toilet had filth, outer microwave was full of fingerprints, original key didn't work.

The front desk manager was extremely rude. She needs to be terminated immediately with the way she handles guests. She also came into my room at 9AM on the day of checkout expecting me to be gone. She asked why was I still in my room. My checkout time was 11AM.

First room we checked into reaked of smoke and was dirty second room we got whenever we left the hotel room when we returned our keys did not work atone point it was 2in the morning in 34degree weather and no one was the the officce to help. VERY DISAAPOINTED will never use extended stay again.

Stay Away from this hotel, rooms are dirty. Front Desk assign three times dirty rooms and occupied!!

No room guaranteed We arrive to check in after booking earlier that day and confirming they except pets. After driving 6.5 hours with an 11-month-old and a dog and arriving at 9:30 PM upon trying to check in we were told they overbooked and there were no rooms available. The attendant grinned and offered no options or help.Very poor customer service all around.

Room was not to standard Room had roaches in it and when I asked to get my room switched it took a whole day, so I had to stay out my room until it was fixed.
