My room stunk of cigarettes, so much for "non-smoking" rooms. Roaches were coming out at night, and spiders were crawling on the walls. I won't be staying there again.

This was complete BS I WILL NEVER BOOK THROUGH HOTEL.COM AGAIN!! THEY ALLOWED ME TO BOOK A CLOSED HOTEL, ARGUED ABOUT ME GETTING A REFUND. FOUND OUT ONLY AFTER MAKING IT TO THE HOTEL AFTER A 25HR DRIVE THAT ITS NOT ADVERTISED BUT THEY REQUEST $150 PER NIGHT PER ROOM FEE OF AN THEY THEY DO JOT TAKE ANYONE AFTER 10PM. CALLED HOTELS.COM AND THEY TOLD ME I WAS SUPPOSED TO LOOK DIRECTLY ON THE HOTEL WEBSITE FOR INFORMATION NOT LISTED ON HOTEL.COM !!! Rooms smelled, the faucet wont shut as well as the toilet never stoped filling water.
