The staff at check in were friendly & courteous. However, the room, while clean, needed maintenance. The outside of the rooms (walkway, stairs, etc) were filthy, the parking lot was trashy. The overall condition of the motel is deplorable. The ONLY thing this place has going for it is location to Truist Field. This place needs to up its game to be on par with The Battery.

Better hire better people Tried calling for a late check in and was told at 1am I couldn’t check in. So I asked if he could just check me in now because I wasn’t gonna be able to get there by 1am cause of car troubles. He rudely said no land I asked why not because the hotel in Dallas did it for me with no trouble, and it’s the same hotel chain. He said “I’m not in Dallas I’m in atl then hung up on me. When I called back he continued to be extremely rude and said he was canceling my reservation and hung up.

The only good thing I can say is that it was an ok walk to the Braves stadium. Nothing else good. The room was dirty, not vacuumed, everything stained. The bed was broken and miserably uncomfortable. Something in the wall made a loud racket every hour for ten minutes. Will never stay at one of these again.

Very old and outdated. Add not clean to that and it is not a good place to stay. Cheap but there is a reason why.

You get what you pay for. The room was dingy and in definite need of repair and upgrade. It smelled like stale cigarettes and air freshener. The bathroom sink was not even partially cleaned; there was toothpaste and tiny shaved hairs all over it. The gentleman that checked me in and out was very nice and personable. The location was convenient to walk to the Battery, which saved the outrageous parking fees.

The first night my room was infested with cockroaches. i asked to switch rooms after that and the second night the new room they gave me did not have a shower curtain in it, and the smoke detector was out of battery and continuously beeping loudly. I asked them to fix it and I hoped it would be done when i returned for the night as I was participating in a convention.
