This property was disgusting. The room was filthy and looks as if it hadn’t been updated in years. The towels were nasty and covered in hair. People were walking around all night playing music, smoking, and talking loudly. Avoid this property if you can. I will never ever stay at an extended stay in Atlanta ever again

Room had several defects and coroaches crawling. People where yelling, dogs were barking and doors were slamming. Couch was uncomfortable and sleep was limited. I have stayed at cheaper places better than this.

Our room had 3 roaches in it when we came back from the Braves Game. Also, the folks in the room above us were incredibly loud and literally jumping around making noise for the ENTIRE night. When I called the desk (which I had to do from my cell phone because the room phone didn't even work), I was told that we couldn't be moved and that they couldn't do anything about it, but that I should call the police. Hand's down the worst $300/night hotel I've ever stayed in in my life. Do yourself a favor - just sleep in your car.

Worst experience I booked a reservation (paid for it) for Saturday July 16th and there was not any lobby service worker when I went to check in and the door was locked. I called and called the front desk and the man was not even in there. It was 2am by the time the man came back to the office.

Lightbulbs have never been cleaned. Guaranteed. Old, moldy in bathroom area. Mattress has a dent from over use in one area. I assume this is the oldest mattress in Cobb County. Staff was friendly and attentive. HOWEVER, at the time of checkout, there was no one to check me out. So I left a note because I had to leave to go to the airport. A have a picture of this. I even reached inside the counter to reach a pen and paper for the note.

This hotel shouldn’t not be on Expedia. We arrived at 7 pm and the check in is at 3 pm however there was no room available. We had to wait another 2 hours to check in. Rooms are dirty with visible water damage and black mold. It is a health hazard
