No room available despite having paid/booked room Upon arriving, the desk staff told us they could see our reservation in the computer but that they didn't have a room available for us. She got a manager who also said there wasn't a room for us, despite us paying and booking a month prior. The manager tried to blame it on Hotels.com and said they overbooked them. Don’t waste your money. That hotel was awful. Crack pipe in front of my door, someone smashed the peep hole with a hammer and shattered it. Broken down abandoned car with flat tires in front of my room. Broken light switch, dirty bathtub. Parking lot was full of abandoned cars and grills. The spot to walk your dog has glass garbage and poop everywhere. Go to a nicer hotel

Not the worst hotel but I definitely won't be back Convenient location, plenty of parking, and dog-friendly. The gentleman at the front desk was pleasant and accommodating. The first room I was given was clean but the door did not lock properly. The deadbolt would not latch and the security bar was broken. The room I ended up with had an overpowering cat pee smell and was not clean. There were bugs on the floor and the tub was dirty. I'm traveling by myself and I didn't feel safe at all the service was horrible and the room was super smelly and feels dirty I check in and 15 min later I check out and I ask for a refund and they said no even when I told them how I feel unsecure and unsafe. I don't recommended for a women traveling alone AT ALL!!!!

It had plenty of space. But the overall of the room wasn’t clean . My kids didn’t have any blankets for there bed . It was no terrible I only stayed because we was tired and I was up and out early the next day . The staff is great but the rooms are terrible

Do not expect much. Short stay while in town looking for apartment for relocating. Did this hotel for in room amenities. Not your typical hotel experience idk if that’s how ESA locations work. Won’t do ESA again
