Room was large and comfy. Refrigerator wasn't level and even though it was on the highest setting was not keeping food cold enough. Range wasn't level and made cooking difficult. Would stop at desk to get toilet paper and they seemed to be out each time. Ended up buying our own. Asked for replacement towels and had to wait over 2 hours for the towels.

Wish I could have afforded to stay somewhere else. There was this one girl that every time I asked a question she would just look at me as if she either didn’t know or didn’t care. The site says breakfast, there’s no breakfast other than oatmeal packets & coffee. If you have a kitchen, u have to ask for the dishes at the desk, they give you dish liquid in tiny packs. I did not actually stay. I reserved the room for my brother’s family. They are all variously disabled, and my sister-in-law had to have surgery in Marietta with a next-day followup. It would have been a lot for her to have to make 2 100-plus mile round trips in 24 hrs so I helped with getting them a place to stay. It’s my understanding that my brother complained about some aspects of the stay. He was not even there—he ended up “not being up to going”.
