Great stay This is the cleanest ESA that we have stayed in in years! The property is within walking distance of KSU and the night we checked in some people had parking problems because there was a football game and folks felt ok with parking at the hotel. At check in the desk clerk seemed to be speaking with her teeth locked together, it took both of us to decipher what she was saying. The room was spacious and clean. No hot water, vending machines empty. Thought the air condioner was goong to explode. No ice. Fridge not working. Never stay at the chain AGAIN.

The staff was very nice. However, the room was not very clean. When the air cooler had been running all day, there was a strong odor of cat urine. The bathroom was really gross, I was glad I brought Clorox wipes.
