No hot water, vending machines empty. Thought the air condioner was goong to explode. No ice. Fridge not working. Never stay at the chain AGAIN.

The staff was very nice. However, the room was not very clean. When the air cooler had been running all day, there was a strong odor of cat urine. The bathroom was really gross, I was glad I brought Clorox wipes.

Great location and staff was friendly but this hotel needs a remodel really badly. Rooms smelled like old cigarettes, dark and paint is tired.
