R O A C H E S. UGH. AND THE NASTY SMELL WAS DISGUSTING . The other ESA at KSU wasn’t like that when I have stayed there in the past. The staff were good and the coffee was good. The parking lot was clean. For 3 days, I had no clean sheets or towels

Arrived to the hotel and was informed only 1 room was left avialible after making 2 reservations. Got into the room and there were roaches, informed the front desk and they moved us to the next room over. Thankfully no roaches seen in there.

They allow dogs here. On my second day I awoke to a dog barking. I didn't have to leave the hotel right away and listened to this same dog barking non stop for over 1 hour. I went to front desk and told them. It appeared others have complained by her tone. " Yes, we have called the owner about it." I went back to room and for the next 30-45 still the dog barked. They low dogs here to stay. Not a big deal outside one owners dog was left in the room for 2 days and allowed to bark non stop hour after hour. I called 7 AM the second day of my stay and it’s now 8 AM and the dog has barked for the past 2 hours. I was told owner coming back to board the dog, but it’s been 1 hour and still the dog is barking. I can’t drown out the sound even turning up my sleep rain app as loud as it would go. Hotel bed comforter had an old blood stain. Requested another one & never was brought up to my room.

Not going back... It took over an hour to get checked in. No one was at the desk and there was line. When the girl finally showed up, she was rude and announced everyone's room number to everyone. Very unprofessional and safe. When I was given my key, it didn't work...and I had to wait for the elevator from the third floor. Room smelled. Coffee and tea not left out in the lobby during the day.

I booked a family suite but Expedia never put into there system by the time i arrived there was no room for me and my family I had to get two separate rooms I deserve a comp or a refund I have kids with disabilities I had to be running back and forth from room to room just terrible then all it says continental break it was granola bars and coffee really

THERE WERE SUNFLOWER SEEDS IN THE PULL OUT BED AND THE STAFF SAID THE CLEANING CREW WAS GONE. THEY DID NOT OFFER TO ADDRESS THIS ISSUE AND WE HAD TO REQUEST ANOTHER ROOM SO NO ONE HAD TO SLEEP ON SUNFLOWER SEEDS OR THE FLOOR. STAFF WAS RUDE WHEN WE BROUGHT THIS ISSUE TO THEIR ATTENTION.
