I found long blond hair in my room bath room and bed and the microwave was disgusting

Hotel was dirty. Key cards did not work...everything was run down. Not happy

We called the national number tht was provided on the site website and notified of a late check in. We followed instructions to call 0 from the site phone upon arrival. We tried for 20 minutes and no one ever came to check us in. We opted to leave and are driving through the night.

The rooms reminded me of a motel - and the tv was super small. The WiFi was free - but slow. Had to pay for better (faster) WiFi. Free breakfast was a Nature Valley granola bar and coffee. 😠

Overbooked and gave our room away, will not be staying with extended stay in future, and this is 2nd tome we’ve had this happen with Expedia booked hotels.

Terrible stay. Not like description It was the worst place. More like a dorm than a hotel. There were no dishes or pots and pans. Found out they dont really come with that unless you ask for them ahead. Also no coffee maker or coffee. These things were listed on the description but not there. Internet was not working. Someone cooked fish and it stunk up the halls. I cancelled our next week's stay. Not going thru this again! Terrible! Run!
