Unfortunately as we first walked in there was a horrible smell in the hallway due to the garbage bins being there. We reserved two rooms. In one of the rooms there was trash under the pullout sofa bed. In the other, we had roaches in the room. There was also trash behind the bed stand. Great rate, not the best experience.

Awful The bathroom sink had remnant toothpaste and hair from the previous guest. The shower had remnant hair as well. The sofa bed mattress had stains on it. Would not stay here again! We canceled our reservation at the next Extended Stay on our trip due to the conditions here!!!

Heck no I walked into the hotel to check in and every time I had to go to the front desk no one was available. I was there for 4 days and I had seen quite a few roaches throughout my room not to mention the smell of the hallways in every floor. I will never stay there again!

Not a happy camper Not a pleasant experience at all. First room was dirty and wasn’t cleaned. I requested first floor and was told over sold hotel by clerk. Then second room was on 3rd floor at the other end of the building . Room was clean but some lights didn’t work and room smelled. Also they tried to charge my card a second time after paying advance. Not happy as I didn’t check in till 830 at night after a very long day on the softball field as a umpire. Will never stay here again nor recommend it.

領収書について 当日、領収書をもらい忘れ後日ホームページにて請求するも1週間音沙汰なし…皆さま、もらい忘れ気をつけてください。現地払いの際はHotels.comでも対応してくれません。

Gross and Disgusting This place was cheap and affordable so I decided to stay there since it was only of 2 nights. I had my dog with me because it was a pet friendly hotel. The rooms have obviously not been cleaned properly and it needed some serious repairs. People were hanging outside in the front of the hotel smoking and talking. I will never ever stay here again and instead of trying to save money I will just stay at a nicer place. Crumbs were all over the floor under and beside the fridge and stove plus I killed 2 bugs ... read more
