Property was filthy. On top of the bottom floor reaking of the smell of smoke, the hallways were littered with trash and looked like they hadnt been vacuumed in weeks. . There were dead bugs all over my room... on the counter, stove, floor, even the bedside table. An old pan with food remnants was just sitting in the oven. Choose some place else to stay!! Trust me...Read. They really need to work on the staff that checks in/greets people at THIS particular Extended Stay America. Seemed rather ghetto. When l came in there was a girl sitting in the lobby sprawled out on the couch in her socks. Her feet smelled up the entire lobby. It’s really bad experience. My room was very dirty including bed sheets and below. I asked for extra blanket, so the front desk asked to grab it from there! There breakfast is basically coffee and cupcakes.

Nasty Mold was growing on the cabinets and there was no mattress on the pullout, so we asked for our money back and went and stayed else where. Also when we went to check in they didn’t even have our reservation from your website.

Only if desperate The halls stink. The rooms are so outdated and the AC is huge and noisy. I let never stay here again.
