The first thing I noticed when I walked in the hotel, is most of the pictures that are shown on Expedia as well as the direct site for the hotel, is not from that location. The hotel is a little out dated. However the most frustrating part was the room, there was a weird smell, the carpet was damp, the stove refrigerator and microwave were not clean, the sofa bed mattress was horrible. Close to Suntrust Park - but NO! Everything about this hotel and how they operate is WRONG - dirty, old --- you have to "check out" coffee pots - bring dirty towels for one on one exchange, NO extra pillows. Just dirty --- spend the money and choose another location. Very disappointed.

I traveled from oversea 20 hours to the hotel, and I was told at 11 p.m. that the hotel is overbooked and there is no room for me. I almost faint. Expedia reserved another hotel, but it turned out to be 18 miles away - I asked for near by hotel though. After over 45 minutes drive, I could not find the hotel. I gave up and I sought refuge in a hotel at 2 a.m. I thanked God I didn't have accident. Deadly exhausted...

Need work Not enough amenities u have to bring towels down to receive them. Pool was closed then no pool towels when open. Not enough breakfast. Elevator is a nightmare. Exercise room is too small. Room rates are not reasonable for this hotel.

We thought that our children was gonna have a pool to swim in but once we got there the staff told me pool was closed cause they were doing work on it. Kinda disappointing especially when I made my arrangements online so it could had atleast had something saying they were doing work on it so I could had went somewhere else.

First room they gave us had a roach in it. Next room heaters not working so they kept sending us to different rooms and found one that worked but we booked a king suiet and it was a double so they were going to charge us extra $134 a night, we said no. Then sent us to a queen for same price small room i said no. We fixed the heater ourselves. Then they tried changing us more then the Expedia price. Our room keys kept deactivating. Dirty carpet, and Bathroom, I booked 2 rooms , requested bateries for 1 of the tv control, we have to go get it at front desk after a long wait, requested extra blankets to set sofa bed, never got it... called 2 times and wait until we fall asleep...

Gross The room smelled like someone had died in there. Upon requesting I be moved, the (rude) front desk manager let me know they were full, and said he'd have someone come check on it. I opened a window and left for dinner. I came back, the smell was just as bad, and discovered that the garbage disposal was not working and was full of rotted food.
