Bad Hotel Experience The room was not ready upon check-in. I was asked to return an hour after expected check-in. After trying to check-in another time they tried to downgrade my room. After finally getting checked-in the room, the room smelled like wet carpet and the heat was not working. There were no bathroom supplies such as soaps and such essentials. Then the offered to wave the charges of the hotel which has not be been refunded to me.

Housekeeping Issues We checked in late at night, exhausted from travel. Everything seemed ok, until we got to our room. The door was open and the room literally looked like it had been ransacked. Go back down to front desk, was given another room. Room itself was ok. No dishes or cups as advertised. In the morning, showering our family of 4. Only 2 towels. Went down and asked for more towels, were told we needed to bring down the towels in the room before they would give us 2 more. ‘Breakfast’ was mini muffins and coffee. It... read more

Drug dealers heaven The place smelled like weed all the time, both smoked and unsmoked. The room wasn't every clean and the staff looked high and uninterested in working. People were loud and running in the halls, slamming doors. If you are looking to sell dope, I highly recommend this hotel.

I checked in on mar 23, and checked out 30 minutes later because there were bedbugs all over the bed biting me. I only stayed 30 minutes, but the hotel refused to give refund. I would like to be credited back the $82 to my account asap. Thank you!!

Just don't do it. This was in poor condition. Didn't see a breakfast area or any fresh food. Room was outdated and not clean enough for our family.

Place is run down and smells strongly of smoke.

Room smelled horrible! Room smelled horrible!! staff was very nice no dishes in the room, the hotel is in need of an re-model asap!
