A VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER!!! The room was dirty and smelled like urine. I went to Wal-Mart and brought cleaning supplies just to stay in the room. The bathroom was horrible,when cleaning the toilet it was black stuff under the seat and around the rim. When I asked for cleaning products like bleach, they gave me blue stuff in a cup. The tub and floor were nasty I wore shoes in the tub to take a shower. This place was filthy funky nasty..i kept smelling mop water snd then saw a mop just laying on the wall..I walk in to view a room and walk quickly out and cancel my reservation.

I want my money back Horrible stay. The lady who checked me in took about 15mins to come down stairs, she had no idea there were people waiting to check in. Our room came with no pillow cases and the pillows were very nasty with yellow stains all around them, front and back. There was hair on our bed and crumbs on the floor. Hotel staff wasn’t at the desk EVER. Waited way to long to check in.

My room, upon entry, smelled terribly. Bed had used and dirty sheets. Alerted front desk and personnel was rude. Requested another room, and that was also filthy. Requested a refund immediately and went to another hotel.
