Hotel staff wasn’t at the desk EVER. Waited way to long to check in.

My room, upon entry, smelled terribly. Bed had used and dirty sheets. Alerted front desk and personnel was rude. Requested another room, and that was also filthy. Requested a refund immediately and went to another hotel.

This Hotel Sucks please pay a little more 4 better The Room had blood in the sink. Room was dusty and a sofa bed with no pillows. Went to the front desk to ask for pillows and She told me there wasn’t any more. Well she could see the disappointment in my face and said she would find me some. This was just the first night. Next morning I asked about new towels and they said I have to bring my other dirty towels. Lessons Learned I expected to have a little more cleanliness and comfort. The appearance of the lobby and elevator was not clean. The room was fairly clean but no trash can in bathroom. We stayed 3 days and no one picked up trash from kitchen area. When we asked about the cleaning service, we was told that cleaning is done every 7 days. If we required our room to be clean within the 7 days it would be a charge. I am sorry that I stayed with this hotel. It is probably good for some people but not for me. Basic Very old hotel. Ok for just a place to sleep. Couch was old and dirty. Sink would not drain.

Horrible room and staff! At check in we spent 20mins standing there listening to the front desk clerk. Complain about her job on the phone. She started to help us, but told us to wait once the phone rang, where she there proceeded the 20 min rant. Our luggage cart had a broken wheel, that caused our cart to almost flip twice while getting it up to the room. -----> THE ROOM WAS NASTY!
