It was so bad. So so bad. I don’t recommend going here at all. We attempted to check in, and front desk staff tells us they’re not sure there’s a room for us-even though we reserved a week in advance. A man is in the lobby asking people if they’ll take his cash and make an Apple Pay payment for him, which was awkward. We finally get a room and head upstairs. The property was ok, but the neighbors next door had a dog that was constantly barking at 2am. I called the front desk and no one answered. The coffee that is served in the lobby is mostly water. I will not be staying there again.

I was disappointed the staff was lazy they act like they couldn’t find anything or give anything when I asked for it. The room they put me in my family in had roaches, the bathroom was dirty!! The tub in sink was clogged up and stuff was coming out the sink it was nasty and trifling. I wish no one not even my worse enemy to stay in this hotel!.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER HAD. NO NO NO The customer service sucks here at this location. The employees here at this location on Peachtree Dunwoody rd do not do their job at all I had three different employees tell me they would bring me a blow dryer and a telephone in 30 minutes five or six different times and they would just laugh about it to my face. Smells terrible The whole hotel smelt terrible! Our room was so bad we immediately went out and bought febreeze. It was a nauseating stench.

My hotel room was given away. I checked in at around 2am the representative from Expedia called to have my conformation expedited so I could check in. The very next day when I left the hotel to grab something to eat my hotel room was cleaned and given to another guest. The hotel said my reservation never came through and that was the reason. Also, Expedia never sent my $75 room credit via email.

Corporate extended-stay please wake up This place is I don’t want to use the word horrible because people are staying there but they really need to change the carpets on the floor get air fresheners and really work on the upkeep of this property The bed was so uncomfortable that I could not even sleep in the wall unit was so loud I just turned it off and I would rather sweat so I can at least have quiet

Door to room was broken, had to ask for sheets for the pull out bed as well as for pillows that we never got, room was very small for 3 adults and 1 child. Will not be staying again
