The room had not been properly cleaned. There was am extreme amount of hair on the floor ... bathroom.. living and bedroom area. I don't know if there had previously been a dog in the room but it was quite disgusting

Not good. Stay elsewhere. Room that was booked and paid for was not available. Hotel front desk blamed hotels.com for the problem. Made little attempt to fix the issue. We ended up craming 5 people in a room intended for 3. Asked for an extra blanket (since one of our party was sleeping on an air mattress that I had to go purchase) and was told they didn’t have any. Not good.

Very run down property, bathrooms were not clean at all, breakfast area did not have milk for tea/coffee and overall not a pleasant stay for the $$ spent. Will not go again!!!

This is in a pretty upscale area in the Atlanta suburbs, but it was a dive. The staff was nice enough, but the place is falling apart and dirty. I'm sure they're short staffed like every other place currently, but it was just a bummer to not even get a clean room with all the facilities (namely the toilet) in good, clean, working condition.
