Smell like urine on steps. Hotel stinks literally

Hope there were cooking wares since kitchen and stove all available

Not my cup of tea at all The room had a stench that I couldn’t get use to. It smelled like old stenches of cigarettes and funky carpets. The smell slapped me right in the face as soon as I opened the room door. Air fresheners only worked for a few min. I believe that if they actually use real cleaners and air fresheners, those rooms would smell a lot less cheap, The toilet was semi dirty, and then before that, it took almost 45min to check in. I couldn’t see myself going back there again.

Scam between hotel & hotels.com Upon arrival, we were told that our room was no longer available. No one ever contacted us and we were forced to find where 12am in the morning after traveling. We were still charged for the stay after being told we would not be. Biggest scam ever. 0/10 would not recommend
