That’s a lot of not my Garbage “for a clean room”! ***Trying to get you’re luggage & belongings through the “main door”, which looked more like an employee side entrance than anything else! ** Getting through the door by “check-in” with my suitcases & belongings was an absolute nightmare! Once I got everything inside I could place everything on a luggage cart, very difficult to maneuver onto and off elevator! *** The room at first glance was marginally OK... until you looked further, the bathroom was gross! Do not stay here. The entire place smells horribly. They didn’t have enough clean dishes, pots and pans, or linen. The lock on our door was malfunctioning and not locking our room. Instead of addressing the safety concern, they acted like there was nothing they could do about it.

The room smelled like cigarettes, even though it was a non smoking room. Little to no effort to accommodate the room and cleanliness, as well.

wont stay there again!!! I booked a king size room, when I got there they didn’t have any king sizes available. The bed was NOT comfortable. There was trash piled up in the hallway. The property was just dirty!!! Whoever is over housekeeping need to be Replaced!!! Because clearly they don’t care about the appearance of their property.

I accidently went to the sister prop next door (905 building). The woman there was horrible, rude, unfriendly, not helpful. She sat in the office area for 5 minutes without greeting myself or another guest (that was the best part of the interaction). When I got to the 6330 building the staff was wonderful; evening and morning. The room wasn't very clean. Under the range hood was gross. The frig opens toward the wall. Very strange.
