I accidently went to the sister prop next door (905 building). The woman there was horrible, rude, unfriendly, not helpful. She sat in the office area for 5 minutes without greeting myself or another guest (that was the best part of the interaction). When I got to the 6330 building the staff was wonderful; evening and morning. The room wasn't very clean. Under the range hood was gross. The frig opens toward the wall. Very strange.

It smelled really old as soon as I walked in the door and looked old as well. The room was somewhat clean, but there was a huge sticky spot on the floor in the kitchenette. The room appeared to have had some updates but some things, like cabinets, should have been replaced too. The Extended Stay next door appeared to be much nicer because I actually went to that one first. Imagine my disappointment when I realized the one I actually booked was so smelly.

I have no idea i came to checkin and nobody was there waited for an hour nothing 3 other groups of people waiting...used phone to call front desk got connected to customer service which routes me to a 1800 number (they were the only human interaction i had and they were actually pretty pleasant) the person on the 800 called the manager and front desk and laundry no answer. The microwave didn't function appropriately.... it didn't heat the food in spite of several attempts. Also, the water in the shower NEVER got hot, even after being on for 15 minutes ..... VERY poor display for a 24 hour stay. I won't stay at this Extended Stay again !

Initially placed in a dirty room with nasty stains on the bed which looked like urine and???, and had to request to be moved. Second room had a shower that was nasty and would not drain water. Had I been staying another night I would have asked for a refund and left. Desk clerks and housekeeping staff were nice and respectful and changed my room immediately, but the facilities were just NASTY! Never again!!
